After you game on a table from Rathskellers, you won't be able to game on any other table again!

My table finally arrived and Theo, who was assigned to help me with all the choices and update me through the process, was amazing. He would answer emails within a day and I would say the only delay was due to the time difference.

The material is amazing and it feels like the antique furniture that was built to last 100 years. I can see this lasting that long..well I wont see it cause I wont be here, but my relatives will be gaming on it then. 🙂 I just received the table and haven’t eaten on it yet, but already played a board game on it. Priorities! The top planks fit so perfectly and so tight, and the edges are spring loaded to keep the planks tight together.

The railing system for the accessories is stained the same color as the table so its not immediately visible so it blends in as a normal dining room table…although with a nice tablecloth for eating, no one would know. Until of course you pull out the cup holders, cause why not :). Also the packaging was so perfect to ensure your table and accessories arrive without even a scratch. It actually took me longer to unwrap everything then to screw on the legs.

HE has finally arrived!

The table itself is of superb quality, especially the wood itself. The grain, even if only choosen the standard version is perfect, it blends perfectly into our living room, even though we use different wood stains in our living room. Everything is seamlessly processed and the initial harder thought assembly was in the end easier than thought, especially the main frame!

The size is comfortable, the height adjustment system is recommended  for everyone that has to host a group of people with varying degrees of leg height. The interior of the table, even the smallest one, is perfect for most games, from tabletop to pen and paper to mundane board games. Accessoires like the Player Stations open up a lot of customization for the single player and functions well to lay down extra gaming stuff. The cupholders hold the majority of glasses, cans and bottles themselves, so every drinking type of person is satisfied.

The LED System offers a lot of variety in regards of lightning and it isn’t too bright. The sound of the Speaker System is comfortable and loud enough to host a myriad of sounds while also not being too loud to entertain the people outside of the house. It can also be used to create a good and jolly dining atmosphere.
In regards of multifunctions, the table is perfectly suited to be used as a dining table and fulfills al needs in this regard and is robust. With a table cloth, the table has a classy appearance, even if his foundation might not be as classy like the Altar. The design is good for anyone that loves classy and yet modern. It is capable of hosting enough people.

A great allrounder with a good multifunctionality! Would absolutely recommend it to others, even the normal version with the standard accessories is well suited for many people!

AMAZING TABLE THAT IS HOLDING UP VERY WELL TO ABUSE OF TWO YOUNG KIDS

Amazing table that is holding up very well to abuse of two young kids. Gaming sessions have been a real event since we purchased the table and have become more frequent. The table itself is a great conversation stater with guests visiting our house which triggers a great interest in games.A few dinners have ended up as a gaming session because of the table. Amazing !

10/10 WOULD BUY AGAIN!

We have been fantasizing about our own gaming table for a few years now. When we finally decided to purchase one Rathskellers was our first choice from the start because we felt that their tables are looking beautiful. We had a great communication about everything that we wanted for our table. This also included assistance surrounding choices about the stain color, fabric type and color and accessories. The service was friendly, quick and on point.In the end went with the big councilor table, awesome LED lights and the heavy duty drawer (for the table leaves). We decided to have the table be a few cm higher. (we are Dutch!). And then the waiting began…A few months later a big wooden crate arrived at our doorstep with our new and awesome gaming table. Everything was packed properly and in mint condition. Getting it inside of the house was a little hurdle. The table is pretty heavy (little tip: organize some help!). Once we got the table inside, the rest of the set up was easy.The quality and craftsmanship for this table is excellent!!We are super excited to play games on our new table with our friends. This table makes every game look better!!

Every part of this table is more than a 10 out of 10.

First the e-mail contact with the guys from Rathskellers was super easy and friendly and they gently helped me through the calculating process. After that I got a very nice looking little wooden map with the clothing and stain color samples to choose from together with some delicious sweets and snacks from Greece. .Then I had to wait like a child for Christmas eve… and it was sooo worth it. Since we got our table every gaming night feels even more special than before. The table looks amazing and the feeling of the clothed floor in the table is incredible. Even unboxing new games is more fun with this table. It is very nice to play games like Twilight Imperium or Scythe who need a lot of space on this table while having your drinks in the handy cup or wine glass holders next to you.The quality of the table is excellent and since everyone who saw this table at our place immediately fall in love with it I can only recommend it to everyone who loves board games as much as I do. Everything: The customer service, the help for “what to choose”, the cute sample map which will stay a precious part of my “board game & extras collection”, the shipping process and the quality of every part of this table is more than a 10 out of 10.

THE TABLE IS EXTREMELY SOLID, CLASSY AND MAKES GAMING MUCH MORE ENJOYABLE AND COMFORTABLE.

We first saw Rathskellers’ tables during the Cannes Gaming Festival. We were quite impressed by the Councilor table which looked very cool and of good quality. Unfortunately, the price (which can be scary) made us think a lot about it. Finally, we decided to buy one, because we were sure we would use it a lot.We were greatly surprised by the reactivity of the team and the quality of the guidance given. These made us make new choices about the colors and some of the accessories wanted initially.After receiving the table, we were happily surprised with the quality of the manufacturing of all the components. The table is extremely solid, classy and makes gaming much more enjoyable and comfortable.About the accessories we have chosen , 2 double cup holders (unfortunately 2 are not not enough when playing with a lot of people), the felt cap, which is really useful. The LED system, which is pretty funny in fact adds a |wow” factor during the gaming sessions (we still have to test it with war-games or minis)To conclude, I recommend Rathskellers’s tables because, the quality is there!

IT'S SLEEK, STURDY AND JUST BEAUTIFUL!

We are loving our new Rathskeller ‘Councilor” table!! It’s sleek, sturdy and just BEAUTIFUL!.Its high-end quality has made our gaming nights much more organised and enjoyable. .Definitely recommend this table if you are considering buying a gaming table.

I’ve been enjoying my table for quite some time, however, with some of the games I play that require character sheets as well as miniatures, I thought it would be great to have side railing inserts so players had an area for their sheets, while still having the area for minis and maps. I reached out and asked if they’d be willing and able to make me some custom inserts for this.The whole process was great- they were able to get me an exact match for color (even though my table is years old) and the fit was perfect (less the a mm of play which sits perfectly without and rubbing).The price was also very reasonable as I’d been concerned about the cost for shipping (I’m in Canada), but when I looked locally for people that could do a similar job, the cost would have been more expensive than Rathskellers including the shipping and with Rathskellers I wasn’t concerned about matching the stain or the wood (would have had to have it imported specifically for the job). This set up works great for games like Pathfinder, D & D, Descent, Gloomhaven, BattleTech / MechWarrior and any similar games.The whole process was great- the customer service, including the communication, the cost, the timing was great considering the world situation and distance and most importantly the product! 100% recommend.Thanks again Rathskellers!

THE TABLE IS EXCELLENT QUALITY AND THE VAULT HAS HOSTED MORE THAN A FEW GAMING SESSIONS ALREADY.

  It took a while to arrive, but we’re extremely happy with the results. The table is excellent quality and the vault has hosted more than a few gaming sessions already. It was easy enough to build (albeit heavy!) and took only an hour to put together before we got to play on it. Our daughter loves it too, and especially likes the fact we can play music through it. Thanks for building it for us!
